Having always been fascinated with music and sound, David Beverly (DMan) is a gifted musician, producer, and audio engineer based in New Jersey. He has been active in making music for over 15 years. His work includes composing, remixing, producing, and recording for a variety of clients. His passion for music began at a very young age, when he started playing with keyboards and computers. He learned the keys at age 8, but his secondary “instrument” is the computer. David started using the computer as a musical instrument in 1994. Throughout time he worked his way through several PC’s and Mac’s, constantly adapting to and evolving music technology, and thus today mastering many different styles of music composition and production. This passion proved to be an invaluable asset in David’s self-taught knowledge and early experience with music and audio production. In 1999, he started a recording company, DManStudios, LLC, which specialized in music production.

Realizing that his love for working with sound was more than a hobby, David started his musical education journey. He studied audio production, and music theory at the university level. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Technology (CAT) from Bloomfield College (Bloomfield, NJ). David has become a qualified Studio Engineer, working in several professional studios.

Under God’s Chozen, LLC, David specializes in the keys, programming, and audio engineering. David began serving the Lord in 1996. Over time, David has designed a unique signature sound for gospel music. As a keyboardist, he has performed in concerts with recording artists such as Fred Hammond, Vickie Winans, Ty Tribbette, Yolanda Adams, Byron Cage, Bobby Jones, and Hezekiah Walker. Through God’s Chozen, David’s vision is to use the gifts that God has given him, to release a new sound to the world that will minister to people throughout the nations.

David is currently the music director for B-Luv, Seth Nix & Genuine Praise, the gospel play "While You Were Preaching" and New Covenant Church of God.
